We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Cloud Hosting plans, subject to the following conditions:

a. One-Time Refund Eligibility
Refunds are limited to one per customer. This offer applies only to first-time purchases by new customers.
If you have previously purchased a hosting package from Intek Host, additional hosting packages or upgrades do not qualify for a refund.

b. Excluded Charges
Refunds exclude the following non-refundable costs:

• Setup fees (e.g., VPS setup fee of $22.00)

• Mobile Money transfer fees or bank processing fees

c. Non-Refundable Add-Ons
Refunds do not cover additional services such as:

• Domain registrations or renewals

• Website migrations

• Dedicated IP addresses

• Software or license fees (e.g., LiteSpeed for VPS, cPanel, etc.)

d. Refund Request Process
A written refund request must be submitted within 31 days of service cancellation.
Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

e. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 31 days of receiving your refund request.

f. Violations of Terms
Accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service are not eligible for a refund.

g. Abuse or Misuse
Intek Host reserves the right to deny refunds if we determine that abuse of our services, resources, or promotions has occurred.

h. Free Domain Promotions
If your hosting plan included a free domain registration (e.g., .com, .net, or .org), the domain’s retail cost will be deducted from your refund.
You will retain full ownership of the registered domain.

i. Transaction Fees
Refunds are subject to standard processing deductions based on your payment method.
For example, Mobile Money or bank transaction charges will be deducted before the refund is issued.

j. Partial Hosting Packages
Refunds are not available for partial hosting periods or partially used hosting services.

2. Domain Registrations and Renewals

a. Non-Refundable Transactions
All payments for domain registrations and renewals are final and non-refundable.
Domain fees are paid to third-party registries on your behalf and cannot be reversed.

b. Special Pricing Notice
Certain domain extensions used for betting or high-risk industries may carry different pricing from what appears on our website.
Please contact support@intekhost.net for confirmation before registering such domains.

3. Late or Overdue Invoices

We do not offer invoice extensions. All invoices must be paid on or before their due date.

• A 5-day grace period applies for overdue payments. After that, accounts are suspended.

• Suspended accounts can be reactivated after payment of the outstanding invoice.

• Accounts unpaid after 30 days may be permanently terminated along with all stored data and backups.

• Once an account is terminated, data recovery is not possible.

We make every reasonable effort to notify clients 24 hours before permanent termination, but responsibility for timely payment remains with the customer.

4. Promotional and Renewal Pricing

Most Intek Host plans include introductory promotional pricing for new customers. Upon renewal, your plan will revert to its standard regular rate as displayed on our website. We offer additional discounts for long-term commitments:

• Annual (12-month)

• Biennial (24-month)

• Triennial (36-month)

These options provide the best value and lock in savings for loyal customers.
